RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
The Brown Hide products are proven to live up to high standards. We always do our best to take care of our customer's delight in the most fair and reasonable manner. Therefore, we provide you an option to return or exchange the product in case it fails to meet your expectations
Important Conditions for Return/Exchange Requests
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Under the Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team or the desired product or size is in stock.
- In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
- ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE CLEARANCE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS!
- A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.
- In case any return/exchange request is rejected basis of a physical quality check by The Brown Hide team, the customer is not eligible for the return refund or exchange request. In the event he/she wants to use the sent merchandise, The Brown Hide will courier the merchandise to the required address, however the cost of logistics and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) is to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the The Brown Hide team. In case of failure of the logistic cost paid in advance, The Brown Hide will not ship the product.
- In case of any return/exchange requests please share the unboxing videos.
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging/ labels and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Products sold/used from the clearance section.
- Any item that has been used/ worn or washed.
- We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.
How do I return/exchange an item?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery of orders.
If an exchange or return request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.
REFUNDS
How will I receive my refund?
- Refunds will be processed from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and have been intimated to the customer that are eligible for refund request.
- All Refunds for Prepaid orders shall be done in the source account.
Note:- Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 24 hours of delivery.

All products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition, packaging, and invoice.

Postage and charges for a return of these will borne by the customer

All exchange requests will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

The defective/damaged item sent for replacement must be received within 10 days of delivery to claim the replacement.

Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, opened, or used products.
Terms of Service:
We ensure that all exchange requests made within 48 hours for wrong/defective products are dealt with utmost efficiency. However, any request for exchange for the aforementioned cases post 48 hours is subject to denial.
The Brown Hide ensures the exchange/return of articles in their original state along with bills, tags, and packaging according to the guidelines as stated. In case the same is not ensured, we reserve the right to deny exchange/return.
All the exchange requests will be initiated within 24-48 hours after the shipment has been returned to its origin and has undergone the quality check successfully.
