To purchase The Brown Hide products online, one must shop on our website. All orders are then subject to acceptance by the Company and subject to the availability of stock at the time of the order placement. We are currently servicing orders within India and do not offer international deliveries.

All prices of the Products on the Website will be displayed in Indian Rupees. In case your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive confirmation from the bank.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is successfully placed and accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation email and text message from The Brown Hide. This mail will contain all the details related to your order. Please note that certain orders may be unable to be processed due to reasons such as unavailability of stock, errors in product or pricing information, invalid address, etc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed back to your account.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. Cancellation of orders that have already been delivered will be subject to our Returns Policy.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We strive to provide you with a great shopping experience every time you shop with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your product or return it in the case of a damaged/defective product or a size mismatch.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
Notify Us Within 7 Days: Please notify us of the receipt of a damaged or defective product, or if you wish to exchange it for another size, color, or product, within 7 days of receiving the product.
Late Notifications Not Eligible: If we do not receive your notification within 7 days, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange, and The Brown Hide shall not be held liable.

Size Mismatch or Product Exchange:
To exchange a product for a different size or color, you must initiate an exchange request through our website.
We will arrange for a reverse pickup from the original delivery address only. If you are returning the product from a different address, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
The product being exchanged must be:

In its original packaging
With the original tags and invoice intact.
MODE OF REFUND
Refunds will be processed after receiving the product in its original condition, subject to our quality check. The refund will be processed as follows:
Gift Cards: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and delivery was made directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. A store credit voucher will be mailed to you once the returned item is received at our warehouse.
Refund Method: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves, we will send a refund directly to the gift giver.
Please note: Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They can only be redeemed through our online store and not in any of our physical retail stores.
GENERAL TERMS
Our failure to enforce any provision of this S&R Policy shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or our right to enforce it in the future. No joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship exists between you and the Company as a result of this S&R Policy or use of the Site.
If any provision of the S&R Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

The S&R Policy shall be governed and construed under the laws of India, and the courts of Nagpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any disputes.
